Delivery & Returns

At Naava Cosmetics, every order is handled with care, from the moment it’s placed until it arrives at your door.

Delivery

All orders are processed with care and shipped quickly. For customers in the Netherlands, orders placed before 18:00 are usually delivered the next day.

For international orders, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location and local carrier.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. To start a return or ask a question, simply email us at info@naavacosmetics.nl.
