These Terms apply to all purchases made via www.naavacosmetics.nl and any related pages operated by Naava Cosmetics (Netherlands). Throughout these Terms, “Naava”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Naava Cosmetics; “you” and “your” refer to the customer or site user.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms, including policies referenced here (e.g., Shipping, Returns, Privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to purchase from our site, or have consent from a parent/guardian.

‍5. Online Store & Account

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account, shipping and billing details. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

‍6. Orders & Acceptance

Placing items in your cart does not reserve them. An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock limits, pricing errors). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you in full.

‍7. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is final for that order. Promotional offers may have limited availability and may not be applied retroactively.

‍8. Payment

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later). Payments are processed securely and encrypted by our payment providers. Your card details are not stored by Naava.

‍9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. For customers in the Netherlands, orders placed before 17:00 are usually delivered the next day. For international orders, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order.

Naava Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate; costs resulting from failed delivery or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be deducted from refunds or charged for re-shipment.

‍10. International Orders & Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may delay delivery.

‍11. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required. For returns, email info@naavacosmetics.nl for instructions.

Note: For hygiene and safety, used/opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

‍12. Product Information & Availability

We aim to display product details and imagery accurately. Minor variations in color/packaging may occur. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll cancel and refund.

‍13. Allergies & Patch Testing

Cosmetics can cause reactions in rare cases. Please review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional if needed. Naava is not liable for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities, except where required by law.

‍14. Accuracy, Errors & Omissions

Occasionally our site may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, availability). We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel orders affected by such errors prior to dispatch.

‍15. Prohibited Use

You may not use our site or products for unlawful purposes; to infringe intellectual property rights; to transmit malware; to scrape, spam or abuse our systems; or to interfere with site security.

‍16. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.

‍17. User Content (Reviews, Feedback)

If you submit reviews, images, comments or suggestions, you grant Naava a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and display such content for marketing and operational purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

All content on our site, including trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Naava and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent.

‍19. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, our site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naava shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data or savings) arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.‍

You agree to indemnify and hold Naava and our officers, employees, agents and partners harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
